The ubiquitous whisk
The whisk is an indispensable piece of kitchen equipment and with good reason too. Whipping up cream for a topping, or making cake batter is much easier with a whisk than a fork. I prefer to use the hand whisk because it helps you beat in air more effectively than an electric one.
The electric whisk is a quick and handy tool for making cakes that do not need much air to be folded into the batter. Its much quicker and easier too. While picking an electric whisker, make sure you buy one from a reputed company.
If you are buying a hand-held whisk, it must be stainless steel or silicon and light, otherwise you will end up working your arm.
