Getting kids to eat fruits and vegetables

A simple trick to getting kids to eat fruit & veggies, is to add it to muffin batter. You can add mashed bananas, mango pulp, spinach puree, grated carrot to make sweet or savory muffins. Add nuts like walnut or almond and raisins to sweet muffins and add cinnamon, cheese and nutmeg to savory muffins to enhance their flavors.
